Fill in the form below. The owner callsign is used for the validation checks. You must have either a valid DMR ID or an EchoLink number before your request can be reviewed.

Enter the owner callsign, choose the reflector you want, and provide at least one of DMR ID or EchoLink number. For a phone app, the requested callsign will use the owner callsign with -T. For a personal node, the requested callsign will use the owner callsign. If Repeater / Gateway callsign is left blank, the owner callsign will be used.
